Which phones does it work with?
Phones with a USB-C charging port. That includes iPhone 15 and newer and most Android phones from the last several years.
Does it need charging or batteries?
No. It has no battery. It draws a small amount of power from your phone while a session runs.
Will it stick to my phone case?
It holds best on the bare phone or a smooth, hard case. It won’t grip well on fabric, leather, or soft rubbery cases.
What if it stops sticking?
Rinse the pads under plain water, let them air dry, and they grip again, over and over.
How do I know it’s working?
The blue light on the front glows when it has power.
